The 2005 elegance opens with the brooding fragrance of dark fruit. Aromas of fruit and spice lead into opulent flavours of ripe black cherry, Spice and cola. A tantalising hint of tangerine and a touch of oak complete the flavours. The mouth feel is rich and silky while the finish is long and rewarding. Ready to drink now, and with proper cellaring, will continue to increase in complexity for at least 5-10 years.
