Kathryn Kennedy Lateral 2006

A deep garnet, violet colour, this fragrant wine has light floral aromas and poached plums, pears, bees wax, clay and cocoa. This follows through on a round, lively entry to a dry yet fruity, medium to full body, with black cherry, spice and vanilla custard notes. It finishes with a long, tangy berry and powdery tannin fade. It’s a superb table wine which will pair well with lamb tagine.
