Chance Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2009

This is a superb expression of our Chance Creek terroir, the essence of and earth and place manifested in the grape. Partial barrel fermentation in French oak imparts complexity richness; the stainless steel fraction adds bright fruit and structure for umami-dense pairing with Dungeness crab, salmon and poultry. It is made with organic grapes from our Redwood Valley vineyards.
