Sagebrush Annie's more than a restaurant, it is an experience. A true journey resulting from a leisurely day's drive exploring the countryside. It is located in the southeastern corner of the Cuyama Valley, about 1 hour north of Ojai on Highway 33, Ventucopa, Cuyama Valley.

Sagebrush Annie's has been in the Hogan Family for 20 years. It is now a wine tasting room too. Your host are Larry and Karina Hogan, where they have built their own facilities. From food preparation to serving their wines; the Hogans are hands on all the way. Larry Hogan planted the first 40 acre commercial wine grape vineyard in 1982 which produced its first wines in 1985. Thus, Barnwood Vineyards was born. Barnwood currently own by Selim Zilkha. Now, Karina and Larry Hogan grow some of their own wine grapes and purchase additional fruit from Barnwood vineyards to make their wines. In addition to their Sagebrush Annie's, they also tended the Stone Pine Estate grapes, who produce about 500 cases a year under the Stone Pine Estate and Sagebrush Annie's labels. In the past four years Stone Pine Estate and Sagebrush Annie’s labels have won over 30 wine awards which includes double golds, best of class and best of show awards. This includes the best Cabernet Sauvignon at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
