Wine gummy bears are incredibly easy to make and incredibly delicious to eat! Use whatever wine you want: red, white, Rosé, or even sparkling wine for the holidays!


  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup wine
  • 3 tbsp powdered gelatin
  • gummy bear molds


  1. Combine the wine, sugar and gelatin in a saucepan over medium low heat. Keep the temperature under 160 degrees or the alcohol will burn off. Whisk until sugar and gelatin have both dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture over the gummy bear molds with a glass measuring cup with a spout. Use a spatula to remove any excess and ensure all the molds are filled.
  3. Refrigerate for 90 minutes. When gelatin has set, the bears should easily pop out from mold. Store uneaten wine gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
